（インド）(更新）BIS scheme X スイッチギア類実施延期(再延期)

2025年11月7日付通知 S.O. 5038(E）においてスキームX対象品目であるスイッチギア類に対して既に実施されている下記のNo. 1.1(a) を除く品目の実施日を『さらなる命令があるまで延期する』旨の通知が発行されました。

S.O. 5038(E).— Whereas in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with section 17 and section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), and in pursuance of the Electrical Equipment (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024, published in the Gazette of India vide Notification No. S.O. 1896(E), dated the 3rd May, 2024, and in continuation of the extension of timelines provided vide Notification No. S.O. 2007(E), dated the 5th May, 2025, the Central Government hereby orders that the date of enforcement for all product categories specified in the Table to the said Order except those mentioned at Sr. No. 1.1(a), which have already been implemented on the 10th November, 2024, shall stand deferred until further orders.
